Chicken - 1 whole (chopped medium sizes and wash )

Onion - 3 medium size (chopped )

Tomatoes - 3 (chopped )

Cashew Nuts - 3 tbsp

Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tbsp

Red Chili powder - 2 tsp

Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp

Yogurt - 1 cup

Oil - 1/2 cup

Salt - To taste

Fresh Cream and Coriander leaves - For garnishing

Grind Tomatoes, Cashew nuts into fine paste.

Heat oil in a vessel. Add Onion chopped and fry till light golden brown. Add Ginger-garlic paste, Red Chili powder, Black Pepper powder and Salt. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add Chicken, saute for 5 minutes. Add Tomato and Cashew nut paste and Yogurt saute it until the dish completely dries and the Oil float on the top.

Add a cup of water, stir, cook it on low flame until done

Garnish with Cream and Coriander leaves.

Serve hot with Naan/Pulao.
