Chicken Mughlai

  • Chicken - 1 whole (chopped medium sizes and wash )

  • Onion - 3 medium size (chopped )

  • Tomatoes - 3 (chopped )

  • Cashew Nuts - 3 tbsp

  • Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tbsp

  • Red Chili powder - 2 tsp

  • Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp

  • Yogurt - 1 cup

  • Oil - 1/2 cup

  • Salt - To taste

  • Fresh Cream and Coriander leaves - For garnishing

  1. Grind Tomatoes, Cashew nuts into fine paste.

  2. Heat oil in a vessel. Add Onion chopped and fry till light golden brown. Add Ginger-garlic paste, Red Chili powder, Black Pepper powder and Salt. Saute for 2 minutes.

  3. Add Chicken, saute for 5 minutes. Add Tomato and Cashew nut paste and Yogurt saute it until the dish completely dries and the Oil float on the top.

  4. Add a cup of water, stir, cook it on low flame until done

  5. Garnish with Cream and Coriander leaves.

  6. Serve hot with Naan/Pulao.
