Vanilla Cake

  • Self Raising Flour - 250 gm

  • Sugar - 250 gm

  • Butter - 250 gm

  • Egg - 3

  • Vanila essence - 2 tsp

  • Baking powder - 2 tsp

  • Salt - 1/2 tsp

  1. Pr-heat oven at 160 degree celcius (fan forced).

  2. Sift flour, baking powder, salt together 2 or 3 times. Keep aside.

  3. Mix Butter and Sugar with electric mixer until smooth.

  4. Add eggs into butter and sugar mixture one by one, add vanilla essence and mix continuously.

  5. Gradually add flour and fold with spatula until smooth paste.

  6. Transfer this mixture  into greased baking tray 24cm x 24cm or 9 inch round cake tin.Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

  7. Remove cake from oven. let it cool in room temperature, and serve.
