Chicken Fry

Boneless Chicken - 500 gm (Cut into 3 cm pieces )

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Red Chili powder - 1 tbsp (According to taste )

Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp

Corn Flour - 2 tbsp

Salt - To taste

Oil - For frying

Onion - 1 medium small (slice in rings )

Wash chicken and drain water completely

Marinate chicken with all above ingredients except oil and onion rings. Keep aside for an hour.

Heat oil in non-stick pan. Fry the chicken pieces in low flame until light golden in color.

Serve hot with onion rings as a starter.
