Chicken Fry

  • Boneless Chicken - 500 gm (Cut into 3 cm pieces )

  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

  • Red Chili powder - 1 tbsp (According to taste )

  • Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tbsp

  • Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp

  • Corn Flour - 2 tbsp

  • Salt - To taste

  • Oil - For frying

  • Onion - 1 medium small (slice in rings )

  1. Wash chicken and drain water completely

  2. Marinate chicken with all above ingredients except oil and onion rings. Keep aside for an hour.

  3. Heat oil in non-stick pan. Fry the chicken pieces in low flame until light golden in color.

  4. Serve hot with onion rings as a starter.
