Take 50 gm plain flour and gram flour together to make a batter using warm water. Keep aside for at least 24 hours for fermentation.

After 24 hours,add the remaining flour and some more warm water to make a thick batter. Keep aside.

In pan add sugar and 1/2 cup of water to make one string sugar syrup. Add saffron and kewra essence.

Use an easy-squeeze sauce bottle with nozzle.Fill the bottle with batter and close with nozzle lid

Heat ghee in a frying pan. Make Jalebi in the form of concentric circle. Fry till crisp and golden color, then drop into syrup. After 2 minutes, drain it.

Decorates with pistachio and serve hot
